Many people say : Life depend on doing sports. It is true. Sports can make your body strong. After you do some sports, like playing basketball or football, you can also feel happy. I like sports very much.
In my spare time, I like many kinds of sports. such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can. The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life..
Everyone can get ill, but doing sports is a good doctor. My own story has proved it. I once had an illness. I had to go to see the doctors very often. After doing sports for several years, I am healthy now.
Doing sports gives me a strong body and brings me lots of fun. So if you want to be strong, please do sports; if you want to enjoy a happy life, please do sports, too.

There are many type of sport; the most common ones are basketball, tennis, table tennis, netball, swimming and a lot of others that I can't possibly name.
