Everyone ever has an upset emotion, such as can’t get good grades in exams, can’t get on well with others, get ill and so on. Although these things are hurt us, but a good attitude towards life is important. What’s needed to do is peace instead of the upset emotion. Facing these, you can find a proper time to have a heart to heart talk with our teachers, parents and classmates. You can also listen to some light music, which reduces your bad emotion. You’d better do some running, makes you forget something unpleasant. In a word, nothing is more important than to have a optimistic attitude. Your attitude depends how you feel.
