从理论计算上来说,二极管正向是一直导通,正向电流是关于正向压降的类指数函数:

当Va很小时,Id很小,近似认为没有电流,二级管是截止的;当va增加到id较为明显时(人为规定的,如1mA)时认为它导通,称对应的Va为正向导通电压VF。由于Id指数增加,所以计算出的VF较小。

受参杂浓度、制作工艺、温度、半导体材料等因素影响VF并非固定不变的,经计算,硅在300K下,一般在0.6-->0.7v左右。通常我们取0.7v(也有的书取0.6v)就可以了。从上面的公式看出当温度升高时,对应的VF也升高,所以说当温度较高时,VF是可能大于0.7v的。参杂浓度也会影响VF,但具体计算比较复杂,不做过多讨论。

书看仔细点,压降和反向饱和电流相关的。同时,你用不同的正向电流去测,压降也不一样哦所以有时候用不同的万用表测同一个管子,压降也不一样。实际上用同一个万用表测不同的二极管或PN结,耐流小的降一般比较大,有些电力上用的管子可能标称的压降是1.2V,用万用表测出来是0.5几伏,这是因为标称的压降是在比较大的测试电流下测的。
