工资不高除非你凭着7年经验直接要这个部门设备保障主管岗位，工资能开到4000以上，一般这个部门的技术人员只有3000多，我同学2013年走的，干了2年这厂子的质检岗位，走的时候才3000出头，活倒是不累但是工资就这么个水平拔不上去只能走了。别指望太高。
Specialist Tools & Equipment Support (Guangzhou Training
Center)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training cars, tools, facility
and consumable management and audit.
-Responsible for preparing and
processing all the ordering and purchasing for Tools, car, equipment and
material.
- On-site support of training cars tools and facility to keep every
training running smoothly in Guangzhou Training Center.
- Technical training
storage room daily management.
- Support BJ IT maintain the IT system of
Guangzhou TC
- ISIS system management, included software installation and
update, software trouble shooting,
- Supporting work to the training team as
part of the job.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Automotive
Technology or engineering preferred
- In-depth understanding of Aftersales
business, especially in workshop area.
- Familiar with BMW car repair
knowledge.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Driving
license
- Familiar with all known Office application such as Word,
Powerpoint, Excel etc.
- Open minded.
- Capable to build up good
relationship with team and participants
- Customer and business
oriented
