虾肉小馄饨材料"猪绞肉 12两","馄饨皮 1斤","青葱 3支","虾仁 数只","香麻油 适量","盐 少许","白胡椒 少许","太白粉 少许"做法将猪绞肉、青葱、调味料扮匀。虾仁切段备用,先放肉再放上虾仁。以三角对折方式,完成虾肉小馄饨。煮馄饨: 以红葱头爆香,再加入水煮滚,水滚了后放入馄饨,待熟后加入小白菜、盐。(加泡菜则另有一番风味)
