The SARA in 2003 brought great impact on China's tourism industry resulting in ceasing of inbound and outbound travel as well as the domestic travels. Those invokes a great overseas and domestic affect for China. In the latter half of 2003, China's tourism market began a continuous starting and development. At the beginning of 2004, the SARS was under control basically and the tourism market stepped into a basic normal way. Through the SARS, the China's tourism market got a lot of hints. The tourism enterprises started to set up and perfect their crisis management system which made a very good hint for future emergency.
