48伏充电器的空载电压53-56伏是正常的。偶尔充下是没问题,考虑电池寿命不建议这样长期使用。以56AH的充电器给30AH的电池来充电,倒是可以偶充下,但由于转灯电流不同,会造成充电提前转灯,若按转绿灯后就断开电源,则会造成电池并没有完全充满电,即欠充电。

充电器的目的在于安全的将电池充满,绝大多数充电器都不带自动电压切换或是自动适应电池电压的功能。如果有这种功能的充电器会在铭牌上把可以适应的电池电压标出来,比如某电动工具充电器上写着7.2v-14.4v 2AH,总之只要没有标的电压范围,就不能充。

注意事项:

1、坚决不用劣质充电器,坚决不能型号不匹配的充电器。充电器技术不复杂,但是劣质充电器线路板、电子元件都不会是最好的,甚至不合格,而面对220V的电压,这些不合格元器件会发热造成自身和电池损坏。而型号不匹配的充电器会导致电池充废。(建议使用专配充电器)

2、充电频次与时间对电池的维护保养也很重要。当电量低于30%左右,应及时充电,当频繁充电对电池又有伤害。因为长期深度放电或太浅放电都会影响电池性能。如一次行车超过15公里最好及时充电不要等电彻底用完再充。

3、电池如果长时间不用,首先应该充满电,然后定期进行补充电。电池在储存过程中,由于自耗电,电量会逐渐减少,如不能及时得到补充将影响电池的性能,建议每1-2个月进行一次补充电。

36v电瓶电压是(30v到充满43.5v),48v充电器输出电压58v,直接连接,首先充电器检测电瓶电压低于48v电瓶最低电压40v,充电器充电是红灯绿灯交替互闪状态,风扇不转,其工作在脉动修复中小电流(大概0.5到0.8a充电器不同不等)状态,一直到36v电瓶达到40v以上,这时候充电器跳转到红灯常亮,风扇运转,充电电流达到正常工作值(12ah充电器1.8a,20ah充电器2.8a),会大电流充电直到58v,
36v电瓶达到58v,早外壳发热变形废掉了。
