accompany with 中with一般表示并列，侧重于朋友及同级之间的陪伴；

accompany by多用于被动时态御昌慎，用于陪同时，多表示下级对上级，晚辈对迅肆长辈的陪同。镇敬

with意思倾向于并列.例如是朋友间（同蚂尘级的）的陪同.
而by的意思倾向于被动.
