1、用CAM350自动导入Gerber文件的顶层,丝印层,边界层,并正确设置各层类型,按OK。

2、 用Query查询Dcode,单击各焊盘,查看是不是Flash(焊盘),如果不是Flash,需将其转换为焊盘。

3、单击Utilies->Build Part,建立同种元件的封装方式,单击丝印字符,然后将整个焊盘框住,含丝印框,然后单击焊盘引脚,为焊盘引脚加上序列号。

4、将Ref后面框中,写上这种封装初始编号,然后把这种封装方式往同类型元件放,编号自动增加,放置时自动捕捉。

5、把文件设置为公制单位,精度两度小数。

6、选择“Info->Report->Centroid”,即可获取元件坐标,可导出或打印,或至Excel再次编辑。

CAM350导坐标
1.双击打开CAM350软件,File → Import导入 → Auto Import Gerber文件 → 双击,确定导入 → 出现导入的多层线路板图 → 左边选All Off 只选丝印、焊盘和边框层否则看不清 。
2.绑定此三层,Edit → layers → Remove → 把不用的√ → OK
3.Tables → layers → 锁定丝印层(ref)指定焊盘为TOP(TYPE列Graphic里选Top
4.Settings → 单位Unit → 选M公制&1/1000 → OK
5.设定原点 → Edit → change → origin → space origin → 按键盘X出现十字架,+-为放大缩小/insert移动
6.量PCB长宽,Info → Measure → point-point
7.取MARK点和元件坐标,utilities → Quick part → 是 ,左键单击焊盘1,2后右键单击出现对话框,填入位号,角度。
8.做完后导出坐标,Info → report → Place ment → Save →选Save位置后保存。
