Abstract: this paper studies the activation of gac nitric 3RNL directly blended yellow D - the adsorption performance, and use the response surface optimization method is optimized to experiment. Discusses the dye initial concentration, adsorption time, adsorption PH value and other factors on the adsorption temperature determined.the decolored rate effect, then compared the results of income, looking for the best of gac dye decoloration conditions. This paper firstly compares different PH value, it is concluded that the adsorption rate in PH = 2 adsorption rate under the condition of the largest. In PH = 2 cases, compared to the initial concentration of 10mg/dye 50mg/L L ~, adsorption time for 26h 6h ~ for 20 ℃, adsorption temperature ℃ ~ 60, activated carbon concentration of 0.125 g / 25mL ~ 0.625 g / 25mL conditions of gac nitric acid activation directly blended yellow D - 3RNL adsorption rate, optimal processing parameters are obtained for PH = 2, adsorption time 16h, adsorption temperature 40 ℃, dye 30mg/L, the initial concentration of carbon concentration 0.375 g / 25mL. At this time of dyes nitric acid activation activated carbon adsorption rate for 61.405%.
