a good way to communicate with others (这句话已经结束了。) It can help people understand you better.

首先，应该把第一句中的and改为or，否定句中并列含义用or来表示
第二，把第二句中的advices改为suggestions，因为advice不可数，或者改为pieces of advice
第三，第二段的第一句我认为应该这样写：The best way to make friends is to help others warm-heartedly when they are in trouble, and being friendly also makes people like you.
第四，第二段第二句应在way后加of，others后面改为非限定性定语从句: ...others, which can ....
