TDD带来移动速度低和覆盖范围小,抗快衰落和多普勒效应能力弱。而FDD需要成对的频谱资源,的确资源有点紧张。TDD、FDD的最高传输峰值都差不多,但是TDD支持非对称业务,所以说,TDD在下载业务上应该是有很大的优势。这里引用一个:TDD与FDD两种模式各具相互无法替代的优点,FDD适用于大区制的国际间和国家范围内的覆盖及对称业务(如话音、交互式实时数据业务等)。TDD适用于高密度用户地区(城市及近郊区)的局部覆盖和对称及不对称的数据业务(如话音、实时数据业务,特别是互联网方式的业务)。与FDD相比,TDD可大幅度节省频率资源,提供成本低廉的设备。同时从高通2011年的报告:LTE TDD–The Global Solution for Unpaired Spectrum Feb 2011 我们可以知道,TDD可以提供更好的下行数据服务能力,FDD则提供更好的覆盖,相同频率相同功率条件下,LTE-TDD覆盖比LTE-FDD小80%(DL/UL=2:1)/小40%(DL/UL=1:1).这也是目前为什么运营商普遍选择使用FDD/TDD混合组网的原因,大范围使用FDD保证范围,小范围使用TDD提高用户体验。同时,我是学通信的,我这段时间也在看协同通信相关的书籍。根据书籍上的内容我们可以知道未来的发展趋势是蜂窝网络和无线局域网(WLAN)还有蓝牙等ISM标准技术的混合传输(异构网络),用户将来会从多方式获取数据(如4G和Wifi同时使用),同时也会通过用户间的P2P传输来减少传输时间(其他用户辅助下载)。所以从大方向我们可以看出来,FDD和TDD其实都会高速发展的。
