滤筒式除尘器工作原理
含尘气体进人除尘器灰斗后,由于气流断面突然扩大,气流中一部分颗粒粗大的尘粒在重力和惯性作用下沉降下来;粒度细、密度小的尘粒进入过滤室后,通过布朗扩散和筛滤等综合效应,使粉尘沉积在滤料表面,净化后的气体进入净气室由排气管经风机排出.
滤筒式除尘器的阻力随滤料表面粉尘层厚度的增加而增大。阻力达到某一规定值时,进行清灰。此时脉冲控制仪控制脉冲阀的启闭,当脉冲阀开启时,气包内的压缩空气通过脉冲阀经喷吹管上的小孔,喷射出一股高速高压的引射气流,从而形成一股相当于引射气流体积1~2 倍的诱导气流,一同进入滤筒内,使滤筒内出现瞬间正压并产生鼓胀和微动,沉积在滤料上的粉尘脱落,掉入灰斗内。灰斗内收集的粉尘通过卸灰阀,连续排出。
