地基预压,有这几种方法:

 (1)堆载预压法  
  在建造建筑物之前,用临时堆载(砂石料、土料、其他建筑材料、货物等)的方法对地基施加荷载,给予一定的预压期.使地基预先压缩完成大部分沉降并使地基承载力得到提高后,卸除荷载再建造建筑物.
  施工工艺与要点:
  a、预压荷载一般宜取等于或大于设计荷载;
  b、大面积堆载可采用自卸汽车与推土机联合作业,对超软土地基的第一级堆载用轻型机械或人工作业;
  c、堆载的顶面宽度应小于建筑物的底面宽度,底面应适当放大;
  d、作用于地基上的荷载不得超过地基的极限荷载.
  (2)真空预压法
  在软粘土地基表面铺设砂垫层,用土工薄膜覆盖且周围密封.用真空泵对砂垫层抽气,使薄膜下的地基形成负压.随着地基中气和水的抽出,地基土得到固结.为了加速固结,也可采用打砂井或插塑料排水板的方法,即在铺设砂垫层和土工薄膜之前打砂井或插排水板,达到缩短排水距离的目的.
  施工要点:
  先设置竖向排水系统,水平分布的滤管埋设宜采用条形或鱼刺形,砂垫层上的密封膜采用2-3层的聚氯乙烯薄膜,按先后顺序同时铺设.面积大时宜分区预压;做好真空度、地面沉降量,深层沉降、水平位移等观测;预压结束后,应清除砂槽和腐植土层.应注意对周边环境的影响.
  (3)降水法
  降低地下水位可减少地基的孔隙水压力增加上覆土自重应力,使有效应力增加,从而使地基得到预压.这实际上是通过降低地下水位,靠地基土自重来实现预压目的.
  施工要点:一般采用轻型井点、喷射井点或深井井点;当土层为饱和粘土、粉土、淤泥和淤泥质粘性土时,此时宜辅以电极相结合.
