Never&ever 用法的区别。

never 是从不，未曾，用于现在完成时的否定句

ever是曾经，用于现在完成时的一般疑问句或者特殊疑问句，也可以用于肯定句

两者皆可用于最高级的句子中

this is the best film i have ever seen

this is the best film i have never seen

最高级后加否定词的结构应该是表示强烈的肯定
反正那个在我看来前者的语气要重些
