5.3.3 nondestructive testing operation and analysis should be done by a qualified technical personnel.
5.3.4 bearing parts shall be test with flange, screw, nut magnetic particles, and make sure no crack for qualified.
Each fast-opening blind should be on hydraulic pressure test after manufacturing finished .
Pressure test procedures according to GB150.1 ~ 150.4 or ASME Ⅷ first fascicle UG - 101 execution.
Test pressure is 1.5 times of the design pressure.
Hydraulic test should use clean water.
