Good morning my dear judges and friends, I feel very happy to stand here and share my speech with you. Firstly, let me thank you for the University of Canberra to v isit our school. It is an exciting moment for us. 2000 years ago, as Confuses said, it is always a pleasure to great a friend from afar. I have never been to Australia, but long for it. Maybe next time, I will be as an exchange student to Australia. I dream that one day I could see the golden beach, Sydney Opera, and the lovely kangaroos. I hope that my dream will come true. The followings are the reasons why I want to go to Australia. As Chinese, we accept the traditional education when we got in to primary school. For example, we should remember a
multiplication table. Perhaps, that’s why many foreigners called us mathematical genius when we study abroad. Teachers teach us so strict that we pass the final examinations with high marks. As a result, we have a solid foundation of knowledge. Different styles of education are complementary. I guess the ways and purpose of education in Australia is that to guide students use the theory into practice as well as developing students’ creative thinking. If I were in Australia, the new fashion
educating would help me to view the world in fresh ways. What’s more, I will enrich the range of knowledge when I educate in Australia. Thus, I want to go to Australia so that I will be baptism of both Chinese and Western culture. I suppose no matter which country it is, the final purpose of e ducation is to cultivate the students how to think independently, help them put the knowledge into the practice, not to be the boo kworm. As a matter of fact, the education of Australia and China is like the pattern. The education cooperation between the two countries is growing with every passing day. Both of them have contributed a lot for educating in the world. In the 21 century, globalization is coming. Education and cul ture have no national boundaries. Only exchange together, can we reach the long progress and great advances in the future. At last, I wish the culture festival succeed.

My Future Will Be Bright
I have a belief deep down within my heart that my future will be bright.
My future will be bright with all my loving families. Whether time find us far apart or it keeps us close together, they are always standing by my side.
My future will be bright with all the close and caring friends of mine. Whenever I am sad and down, I know they would hold my hands and warm my heart.
My future will be bright with the belief in brighter days. Life doesn’t always play by rules, and we must face the fact that there are days that things could be better. But I have a belief which see me through the dark times.
I have a belief that joys once lost can always be found.
I have a belief that there is rainbows after every storm.
I have a belief that in the long run, my efforts will give back as much as I give, without a doubt.
This belief gives me hope that is as certain as sun when the world seems to be wearing a frown.
It is a steady and joyful light in my life.
It is a blessing I continue to count on through the years.
It is a light that will shine in me until the end of time.
It is a treasure a million times more valuable than the ones some people spend a lifetime trying to find.
Now, m dear friends, carry the sun inside you, and reach out for the dreams that guide you where you want to go. You have what it takes to make your path of success .You have the courage and strength to see things through. You have the smile that will guide you to the beautiful tomorrows.
So, with so much to be thank for, I believe that my future will be bright, and I believe that our future will be bright!
