（关于你所给的两个条件，我翻译了一遍，但是有一处我个人认为的错误，就是how not to use it翻译为“如何不使用它”，但是放入原句中意思就成了这样：

遗产应该是被用来继承的，但却不能使用，这很让人奇怪，所以我就改成了这样：

去掉not，句子的意思就很通顺了，算是我给你的一点建议，所以我就按这种意思给你写好了作文。）

Dear childern:
I have a very terrible illness these days.I feel so sick that I can't walk everywhere.Because of this,I think I will die soon and each of my friends is very sad to me.But I am still filled with optimistic（乐观）.You,my childern,still want to make me happy though I am old.So I am leaving my children a large inheritance（遗产）.This my gift for you（你们）and you should cherish（珍视）this inheritance.And I hope you are able to try your best to use it.These are my suggestions about using the inheritance:First,you can't play or do some boring things to run out of my inheritance quickly,if you do these,I ill give my inheritance for the charities.Second,I hope you have a very good life,becausethis is a saying（谚语）"The unexamined life is not worth living （未经考验的生活是不值得过的。 ）".
Please remember what I said,my childern.I will die,but my childern are still young.And I will have nothing after dying,but you have your lover,your friends and your best teacher in your life.Good luck to you,my dear childern!
