本文主要以我国上市公司信息披露制度的规则体系为前提，通过案例对其处罚原因做出具体的了解，以期为我国中小板上市公司进一步规范信息披露做出参考。
This paper is mainly based on the Information disclosure rule system of the listed companies in China ,hoping to provide them with a reference for further standardization of information disclosure system through concrete penalty case analysis

Information mainly refers to public company disclosure to investors and the public acts of public disclosure is a public company to investors and the public full information on the bridge of communication. In recent years, China has many small plates information disclosure of listed companies for violating laws and regulations were warned, or even cancel the listing. In this paper, the information disclosure system of listed companies in the premise of the rule system, through a concrete case because of its understanding of punishment in order for our small board standardize information disclosure of listed companies to make further reference.
