英语单选题求助!

楼上的这位我大部分赞同,但这题恐怕A答案更好,我曾经总结过网上所有的这些词的区别.

join in强调加入某项正在进行的 活动,尤其指和其他人一起参加某项活动.
我写下的例句就是:
May I join in the game?
I hope you'll all join in the discussion.所以join in比较好吧

而且是join the army

join后面加人比较多，结构为join sb in doing，意为加放某人做某事．

比如：would you like to join us?
He joined us in playing football.

join in后面加组织，团体，队伍
He joined in the army last year.

take part in后面加活动，会议
He took part in the sports meeting and got a good result.

attend意为出席，并不一定起主要作用．另外还有照料的意思．

He attended the meeting.

选择C,attend是参加的意思
