我是北京人，对北京的感情自不必说，但是外地人来北京旅游，是个什么印象呢？这可就得两说着了。外地人来北京玩，呆不了多少天，街面上的事，只能浮光掠影，但这一走马观花很容易对北京的整体形象留下不同印象。不可否认，这种印象有些是偏面的，但一座城市要想让人喜欢，大面儿上总得说得过去，脸面上的事很重要，北京人不是一向好面子吗？实际情况也如是，您说年轻小伙子，大姑娘找对象，那个不先看长相，模样往能给人一种直觉，北京城也如是。

这几年，北京城的市容市貌变化很大，马路宽了，楼房高了，地也见了绿，河也见了清，但仍有些不尽如意的地方。调查显示，外地人到北京旅游仍有不少心里不舒服的地方。
游客意见最大的依次是餐饮质次价高、景点门票价格过高和园中园设立过多过滥、交通堵塞和拥护。

近年来，北京餐饮业得到飞速发展，餐馆不光数量多，而且风味也多，几乎包容了国内外所有的著名风味。按理说在北京吃饭已不是什么难事，可现实情况是游客对吃的问题意见最大，反映也最为强烈。原因是服务意识太差。

这几年京城餐饮业的发展有点儿畸形，走向两个极端，一方面是高档餐馆比比皆是，另一方面是不符合卫生标准的低档饭馆遍布京城，说这些饭馆低档是指其饭菜质量和卫生差，但其价格并不低。而适合众多游客消费的、符合卫生标准和价廉物美的中档饭馆以及快餐却不多，大多数旅游点向游客出售的盒饭都存在着质次价高的问题，其质量之差，简直让游客咋舌。许多餐饮经营者（尤其是个体）只顾追求最大利润，没有为消费者服务的意识。
游客对本市各项旅游服务意见较大的第二个问题是，旅游景点门票价格过高和园中园设立过多过滥。

对于接待游客规模较大，并且外地游客到访频率较高的旅游景点，有必要继续保持第一道门票的低价位，这是考虑到当地市民周末休闲和附近居民日常生活的需要。像天坛、颐和园、北海、圆明园、军事博物馆、动物园等一批游人较多的公园和博物馆，不光是外地游客到访频率较高的游览点，也是本市市民周末休闲和晨练的好去处。

这类景点可适当设立一些园中园，但价格要适中，并且必须"明码标价"。一些景点有门就设园中园，甚至园套园，而且价格较高，令游客不满。其实有些景点的门票应实行季节差价，以调节旅游淡旺季的游客量。像故宫、长城和十三陵这样世界闻名的旅游点，可根据旅游市场的实际情况，其门票价格可适当的实行高价位，取消甲乙两种门票，统一的标价。因为人们到这些景点旅游的主要目的是观光，而不是休闲，重游率较低，实行门票高价位不会引起游客的不满。

人造景点门票的价格由市场来调节，但须加强市场管理，政府有关管理部门对门票销售过程中出现的强买强卖和账处回扣等非法行为，应进行严厉的打击。1998年7月，北京市物价局对本市重点公园和各大旅游点进行了一次突出性大检查，在327个旅游点中，查出18家自定票价和园中园乱收费，依法欲进行了处罚。

解决这一问题的途径是：政府应继续加大城市道路建设的投资，在提高市民交通法规意识和加强交通管理的同时，应实施公共交通优先发展的战略，控制车辆总量及发展速度，使车辆与道路协调发展。对小轿车加征交通建设费，用于加快城市道路和地铁的建设。在长安街、二环、三环及主要辐射干线上，设立公共交通专线，并在交通法规中明确公共交通优先行驶的条文。
总之，游客反映本市首都形象、餐饮、门票及交通等方面存在的问题，几乎涉及到各行各业，需要有关部门对这些问题给以高度重视，当然有些问题需要通过长期不懈的努力，才能逐步加以解决。

北京旅游资源十分丰富，有大量的文物古迹，对国内外有很大的吸引力。现在不仅要重视海外游客，而且要重视发展面向大众的国内旅游。要抓住机遇，使北京的旅游业有更大的发展。
