MY HEALTHY LIFE
Do you have a healthy life? I have a healthy life. Let me tell you about it. First, I have a great eating habit. I eat vegetables and fruit every day, and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like junk food very much, I try to eat it once a week, because it is bad for my health. And I also eat less meat. Then, I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2 kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next, I go to bed early and get up early. I keep sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can help me get good grades.
As you can see, having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

I sleep at 9:00 pm, and I get up at 6:00 am. So I have enough sleep every day. And that ensures my learning efficiency. After I get up, I exercise about 1 hour. And then I eat my healthy food. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, and drink a lot of water. Theymake me healthier. What’s more, I try to eat junk food only once a week although I love junk food.
Keeping healthy is easy. The most important thing is to hold on it. When you succeed,you'll find that. This is my healthy life. And that makes me healthy. So come and do it, you will be healthy like me.
