你的零件时什么材料的?在什么热处理设备里加热的?
1.如果是一般的箱式炉在表层会有一层氧化脱碳曾,绝对不是退火层,你是淬火态,怎么可能在表面会有退火层。
2.至于脱碳层有多厚,那要加热的温度和时间来确定,这些你都没有提供也就不好确定了。一般箱式炉半毫米。要是在保护气氛炉内热处理的就不存在氧化脱碳层,表面的硬度就是零件的真实硬度。
3.对于变形量,淬火时肯定要变形的。而且要看加热时零件的装卡状态,加热速度,淬火时冷却介质有没有搅拌,等等,这个影响的因素很多,一般的做法是提前留出磨量,在淬火后一磨就OK了,对于变多少我想没人能给你答出来,因为因素太多了。
基本就这样了,在淬火前留点余量,淬火后一磨变形的问题就解决了。
