convertView = LayoutInflater.from(context).inflate(R.layout.item_wait_for_assess, null);
holder.productTextView = (TextView) convertView.findViewById(R.id.assess_item_pro_name);
holder.assessBtn = (Button) convertView.findViewById(R.id.assess_item_pro_btn);
holder.iv = (ImageView) convertView.findViewById(R.id.assess_item_pro_image);

通过LayoutInflater.inflate()方法找到你自定义的布局就好了
