现在分词作状语表示伴随状态，很多时候和主句谓语同时发生，或者伴随的结构如：
They walked slowly， talking and laughing（talk，walk，laugh同时发生）
不定式作状语通常表示目的或是将来如：
They walked quickly to catch the train.（不是同时发生）
现在分词作状语和不定式作状语的意思完全不同。
动词不定式作状语时，可以表示目的，如：
He went to that restaurant to eat pizza.
Every afternoon, a driver drives a pickup to our community to sell vegetables.
To catch fish, you have to do this.
现在分词作状语，其逻辑主语必须和句子的主语一致，不表示目的，只表示一种主动的概念，如：
Opening the door, I heard a strange noise.
Being sick, I didn't go to school.
Not knowing what to say, I remained silent.
Turning right, you will find our house on your right.
The child fell, striking his head against the door and cutting it.
I think Michelle is better off staying where she is.
